In-Store Pickup

In-Store pick is available for many products from the Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch showrooms. Most products will be available for collection within 24 hours of placing a "click and collect" order, contact your local branch directly on 09 580 1235 (Auckland), 04 471 0542 (Wellington) and 03 379 5695 (Christchurch) for accurate collection times. 

 

Same Day Dispatch

Most orders for in-stock items received by us before 2pm are shipped the same business day. Please note that a small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. In most cases those will be shipped the following business day.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

Main Centres:

Items 0-4kg (up to 0.02cbm) – Overnight delivery

Items over 4kg – 1-2 business days

Rural Delivery:

2-3 Business days

Dispatch and Delivery days are Monday to Friday. 


Shipping

Standard shipping for orders placed on www.soundline.co.nz is by Post Haste Couriers. Delivery time estimates apply to in-stock items, exclude the one business day order processing time and are subject to carrier delay outside our control.

In general orders are sent via courier service that requires a signature; please make sure there is someone at the specified address to sign for the package. A card to call will be left if there is no one to sign for the delivery. Please contact us if for some reason an item cannot be signed for, under special circumstances we may be able to use a 'non-signature' courier service.

Orders placed on www.soundline.co.nz can only be shipped to addresses within New Zealand.

Pick-Up Only Items

Some products, particularly some trade-in products without shipping cartons are available for in-store collection only. Such items will be shown as pickup only.

Out of Stock Items

We aim to keep products on www.soundline.co.nz in stock, but high demand can result in delayed shipments. Out of stock status is indicated on the product page however in the unlikely event that an item is displayed as in stock but is actually out of stock, you will be contacted ASAP regarding any delays, if we need to source the item from another supplier, or if we can no longer supply the particular product ordered.

We will send you an order confirmation email after your details have been confirmed and the information accepted.

We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Boxes
