The White Lightning is Nordost's introductory analog interconnect. This meticulously crafted cable is designed to elevate your audio experience. The White lightning 3 Interconnect consists of four, 26 AWG, silver-plated, OFC solid core conductors arranged in a twisted pair geometry. Each conductor is insulated with extruded, high-grade FEP before being covered in two shields, and terminated using Neutrik Profi RCAs or Neutrik XLRs. This construction significantly reduces noise and maintains the integrity of the audio signal. White lightning Analog Interconnects provide high-speed transmission and minimal loss, allowing the full power and momentum of your music to shine through.

The White Lightning Interconnect cables proved its pedigree with exceptional ambience, depth of image and lateral soundstage width. It was subsequently noticed that their hallmark was an extremely smooth yet decisive concordance and musicality, particularly noticed on massed orchestral strings. They displayed a fine mid to lower bass range with cello and double bass that blended into the full audible response without ever making note of itself- which is as it should be.
